[提要] 凱城東興綜合大廈結構共36層,上部結構極不規(guī)則,勘探鉆孔60m深度范圍內無基巖揭示。工程設
計中根據工程地質、周邊環(huán)境及上部結構的特點,選取淺層巖土全風化巖層作為高層建筑結構筏板基礎的地基持力層,部分考慮地下室結構的剛度影響,恰當地解決了基礎不均勻沉降的問題,并運用有限元對基礎結構進行了詳細分析。著重介紹了地基承載力取值、沉降計算、沉降變形差的處理措施及筏板結構設計。
[關鍵詞] 筏板基礎 地基變形 變形模量 有限元Kai-cheng Dong-xing Mansion has totally 36 structural storeys. The upper structure is especially irregular and a 60m deep exploring bore did not find rock subgrade. According to the engineering geology, the circumambient conditions and the upper structural characteristics, the completely weathering rock layer locating on top is selected as the tall building structural bearing subgrade in design. The problem of the subsoil deformation difference is solved by partly accounting for the basement structural stiffness, and by finite element analyses.The subgrade bearing capacity, the caculating of subsoil deformation,the measures to control the subsoil deformation difference and the raft slab structure design are introduced.
