[提要] 基于結(jié)構(gòu)隨機(jī)振動(dòng)理論,可導(dǎo)出順風(fēng)向風(fēng)振時(shí)各類風(fēng)響應(yīng)。對(duì)于響應(yīng)以第1振型為主的高聳結(jié)構(gòu)等結(jié)構(gòu),常以先求風(fēng)振系數(shù)再求各類風(fēng)響應(yīng)較為方便。風(fēng)振系數(shù)國(guó)內(nèi)外有不同的表達(dá)式。結(jié)合我國(guó)荷載規(guī)范風(fēng)振系數(shù)表達(dá)式,可推出與Davenport風(fēng)振系數(shù)完全相同的表達(dá)式,以及任何其他表達(dá)式。對(duì)在應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)隨機(jī)振動(dòng)理論推導(dǎo)時(shí)常見的錯(cuò)誤加以分析。展望了21世紀(jì)風(fēng)振研究的發(fā)展和變化。

It is convenient to express the wind-excited vibration of structures in term of gust response factor for tower structures and other tall structures taking only into consideration of first vibration mode.The expression formula of gust response factor may be different at home and abroad.The expression formula of gust response factor in China code may be exchanged into other expression formula of gust response factor such as that derived by A.G.Davenport or used by USA code.The common errors in using random vibration theory to wind engineering are pointed out.The development and change of code on wind in the 21th century due to rapid growth of computer technique are looked forward.
