[提要] 針對某鋼廠改造中的吊車梁校算，提出了一種實用疲勞壽命的計算方法。根據(jù)工程實際情況，提出
了吊車梁的加固方案。該方案施工方便，不對其它結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生擾動，并且節(jié)省投資。

According to actual condition, the strengthening scheme of the crane girder has been brought forward. The scheme is easy to construct, and saves investment. It also gives no disturbances to the adjacent structures during construction.
