【提要】 隨著鑄造工藝的完善和分析技術(shù)的提高,鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)廣泛應(yīng)用于各種新型結(jié)構(gòu)體系和復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)連接。結(jié)合北京蘆城體校自行車訓(xùn)練館鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì),介紹了鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)的形式和特點(diǎn),分析了鑄鋼材料的性能,為合理選用焊接鑄鋼材料提供了依據(jù)。采用第四強(qiáng)度理論作為強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則,給出了鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度判別準(zhǔn)則,分析了鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律,并依據(jù)應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律提出鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)的細(xì)部構(gòu)造處理措施。參考國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)文件和工程節(jié)點(diǎn)的實(shí)際情況,提出了檢查驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面的內(nèi)容。

Abstract:Following the sophistication in the technology of casting and the advancing of the analysis program, caststeel joints have been widely used in all types of new structural systems and complex structural connections. Combining with the design of caststeel joints for Bicycle Training Centre of Beijng Lucheng Physical Training Shcool, the formations of cast steel joints and their characteristics are introduced, the performance of caststeel material is analyzed, proofs for the rationale selection ofcaststeel material are offered. Using the grade 4 strength theory as strength estimation methodology, it helps to provide means of confirming the structure strength, and to analyze the distribution of structure strength in caststeel joints. Furthermore, through the understanding of the distribution of its strength, it facilitates the handling of the detail construction of casting connection is presented. With reference to technical documents published both inside and outside China, and with the realistic situation of the construction detail for this project, information such as the standard of inspection is provided.
