[提要] 基于實際工程介紹了預應力混凝土轉換梁的設計。合理選擇裂縫控制要求，以求達到安全與經濟的
統(tǒng)一，對分兩批張拉的預應力轉換梁在各種荷載不利組合下的應力進行了計算，對有多束線型的預應力筋損失值 σl1, σl2提出了簡化計算的方法。對同類工程有一定的參考價值。

Basing on a practical example,the design of prestressed conversion girder of a tall building are introduced. For the safe and economic purposes,a crack-controlling criterion should be properly chosen. The concrete stress of the conversion girder with two-time-prestressed strands under several unfavourable load combinations is calculated. The method of calculating the stress loss of the concrete girder with several linetype prestress strands is simplified,which may be useful for the similar projects.
