體系能力設計法與基于性態(tài)/位移抗震設計*

[提要]  首先論述了基于性態(tài)/位移抗震設計方法的發(fā)展及其需解決的問題,綜合了結構抗震耗能原理、破壞機制控制概念、抗震體系和能力設計法等結構抗震原理,提出了體系能力設計法思想。體系能力設計法要求結構具有多重抗側力抗震體系,并對不同子抗側力結構采用不同的抗震能力,通過對抗側力體系間能力差的控制,以實現(xiàn)主體抗側力結構對整體結構在地震作用下的位移模式和破壞機制控制,進而使得整體結構的彈塑性地震響應和耗能分布的規(guī)律便于把握和確定,從而解決了基于性態(tài)/位移抗震設計方法中的一些難以確定和計算的關鍵問題。最后通過一實例介紹了體系能力設計法的應用,并討論了實現(xiàn)體系能力設計法基本概念和需進一步研究的問題。

The problems in developing the performance/displacement based seismic design are firstly presented. With the energy theory,failure mechanism control concept,structure system and capacity design method in earthquake resistant structures,a structure system capacity design approach is put forward. The multi-structure aseismic structure systems are needed for the structure system capacity design, and the substructures have different seismic resistance capacity. With the control of seismic resistance capacity between the substructures, the displacement mode and failure mechanism can
be controlled by the main substructure. And thus,the inelastic seismic response and energy dissipation distribution can be determined,which is the key problem in developing the performance/displacement based seismic design.A practical example that using the concept of the new suggested approach is finally presented and the problems need to be further studied for the approach are also stated.
