(上?,F(xiàn)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)(集團(tuán))有限公司江歡成設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所 200041)[提要] 受業(yè)主委托對(duì)重慶市三幢204.8m高的超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)將高位厚板轉(zhuǎn)換層改為
梁式轉(zhuǎn)換,將鋼筋混凝土框支柱改為核芯鋼管混凝土組合柱,盡量縮短墻肢等措施,獲得了很好的效果。優(yōu)化后的設(shè)計(jì)與初步設(shè)計(jì)相比,節(jié)約混凝土2.2萬(wàn)ffl3,與施工圖設(shè)計(jì)相比,節(jié)約混凝土1.5萬(wàn)1T13,節(jié)約鋼管760t。使結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度變化更為合理,提高了可靠度水平,為建筑開(kāi)洞和平面劃分等提供了方便。

The optimized structure saves 15 000m3 concrete and 760t steel tube and is more convenient for the architectural design. The contrast of rigidity between the upper part and the lower part of optimized structure is more reasonable,and the reliability is increased.
