[提要] 對柱下條形基礎(chǔ)底板和梁的設(shè)計前后相關(guān)問題以及常用的兩種簡化計算方法的適用條件和相互關(guān)
系進行了綜述，提出了自己的一些看法。通過歸納設(shè)計具體步驟，從空間受力角度考慮對基礎(chǔ)的偏心，推出部分能較全面反映實際的通用性計算公式。對過去的單向計算和設(shè)計內(nèi)容作了進一步完善，使基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計工作條理清晰、方法得當、簡便好用，且比較經(jīng)濟合理。

Considering the eccentric effect from the space action to the foundation,some general formulas which can reflect the fact are worked out to promote the past method of unidirectional calculation and the content of the design work.
