[摘要]為了保證常州紅星大廈平移施工過程的安全和評價(jià)平移就位后結(jié)構(gòu)的性能,對該建筑物平移施工全過程進(jìn)行了實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測。分別在結(jié)構(gòu)頂層和層1布置了加速度傳感器以監(jiān)測結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)響應(yīng),在柱根部、上托架梁底部和下軌道梁頂部等關(guān)鍵部位布置了應(yīng)變傳感器以監(jiān)測結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)變。監(jiān)測結(jié)果表明:首次啟動(dòng)和頂推機(jī)構(gòu)失效會(huì)引起較大的結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng),正常平移過程中結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)與普通結(jié)構(gòu)在環(huán)境激勵(lì)下的振動(dòng)相當(dāng);平移施工過程在上部結(jié)構(gòu)中引起的附加應(yīng)變可以忽略不計(jì),在軌道中引起的應(yīng)變較大,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需要引起重視。實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)為結(jié)構(gòu)平移施工過程提供技術(shù)支撐,監(jiān)測結(jié)果可為以后的平移工程設(shè)計(jì)和施工提供參考。

Analysis of real-time whole process monitoring for high-rise structural relocation moving

Abstract:In order to keep the safety of the construction process and evaluate the performance of the relocated structure, the monolithic moving structure of the highest aspect ratio in Changzhou Hongxing Building was real-time monitored in the whole construction process. The vibration was measured using acceleration sensors that are located in the top and bottom of the structure. The strain was measured using strain gauges that are pasted on the root of the columns, the bottom edge of the underpinning truss and the top edge of the rail beam. The monitoring results indicate that the first start and the failure of pushing system and dragging system induce dramatic vibration; the vibration induced by moving process is approximately equal to the vibration excited by ambient load; the additional strain induced by structural relocation moving can be ignored; the strain in the moving track need pay special attention in designing structural moving engineering. The data of real-time monitoring can offer a technological support for the process of structure relocation moving. The results can provide reference for similar moving engineering design and construction process.
