［摘要］一棟7層的磚混結(jié)構(gòu)辦公樓需要改造為6層的商業(yè)和辦公綜合樓，并且要求拆除縱墻和部分底層橫墻。結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目，介紹了這一類具有較大難度的調(diào)整樓層標(biāo)高的空間改造方法。由于該工程結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行了重新構(gòu)建，重點(diǎn)分析了在設(shè)計(jì)階段如何考慮實(shí)際施工過程中的結(jié)構(gòu)安全，以及抽墻托換等難點(diǎn)問題。

Space transformation and strengthening design for an existing building

Abstract:A seven-storied office building with masonry structure was reconstructed to be a six-storied commercial and office building by removing vertical walls and part of horizontal walls. Based on this project, a new method of space rebuilding through adjusting the elevation of the floor was introduced and the construction procedure  was described. Some difficult problems, such as the structural safety of the actual construction steps at the design stage, removing the bearing-walls with underpinning beam, were analyzed emphatically.
