[摘要]預(yù)應(yīng)力高強(qiáng)混凝土支護(hù)樁(GZH)是為滿足深基坑工程支護(hù)需要而設(shè)計(jì)制作的一種新型圍護(hù)樁。與一般的PHC管樁相比,GZH樁需要承受更大的彎矩。但一般的規(guī)范、手冊(cè)、教科書中都沒有對(duì)GZH樁這種環(huán)形截面構(gòu)件的抗彎承載力進(jìn)行精確計(jì)算,只是根據(jù)環(huán)形偏心受壓構(gòu)件的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算,這種簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算對(duì)于專用于承受水平荷載的GZH樁顯然是粗糙的。為解決這一問題,通過(guò)24根GZH樁的抗彎承載力試驗(yàn),分析其在彎矩作用下的破壞機(jī)理,提出適用于GZH樁的抗彎承載力計(jì)算公式,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,極限彎矩計(jì)算值安全可靠,與試驗(yàn)值吻合良好。

Experimental study and discussion on the-flexural capacityof prestressed high strength concrete supporting piles

Abstract:The prestressed high strength concrete supporting pile(GZH), which is a new type of retaining pile, is designed to satisfy the need for deep foundation pit supporting. Compared with the general PHC pile, the GZH pile has to bear greater bending moment. The flexural capacity of GZH pile has no accurate calculation method in the current specifications, manuals and textbooks, but only has simplified calculation according to the empirical formula of ring cross section member under eccentric compression. This simplified calculation is obviously rough for GZH pile which is designed to bear the lateral load. In order to solve this problem, the flexural capacity test of 24 GZH piles was carried out, and the failure mechanism in the action of bending moment was analyzed. The flexural capacity formula for GZH pile was proposed and the calculation results of the formula were agreed well with the test results, which shows that the formula is effective.
