［摘要］依據(jù)針貫入法的檢測原理，對針貫入法檢測C50以上高強(qiáng)混凝土強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了試驗研究。在試驗研究的基礎(chǔ)上，得出了貫入阻力與高強(qiáng)混凝土強(qiáng)度的相關(guān)關(guān)系式，將試驗數(shù)據(jù)采用不同類型的曲線進(jìn)行了擬合，并對各個曲線的檢測誤差進(jìn)行了對比分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)貫入阻力與高強(qiáng)混凝土強(qiáng)度為非線性關(guān)系。工程實例對非線性測強(qiáng)曲線的驗證結(jié)果表明，針貫入法檢測高強(qiáng)混凝土強(qiáng)度的非線性測強(qiáng)曲線的精度滿足工程實際的質(zhì)量控制要求。

Experimental study on strength of high-strength concrete by pin-penetration method

Abstract:According to the principle of the pin-penetration method, experimental study on the strength of high-strength concrete with strength higher than C50 by pin-penetration method was made. On the basis of the experiment study, the relational expression of the penetration-resistance and the strength was established. The experimental data were fit by different type curves, and comparative analysis of the detection error of various curves was made. The analysis result shows that the relationship between the penetration-resistance and the strength is nonlinear. The nonlinear strength curve was verified by engineering projects and the precision can meet the quality control of the engineering practice.
