[摘要]在分析醫(yī)療建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出宜在設(shè)備層以下增設(shè)混凝土墻來解決由于設(shè)備層層高較低而出現(xiàn)的側(cè)向?qū)觿偠缺瘸薜膯栴}。針對臨汾新醫(yī)院住院樓工程細(xì)腰形平面的不規(guī)則性,運(yùn)用PMSAP軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)做了詳細(xì)分析計(jì)算,將規(guī)范對細(xì)腰處樓板“加大厚度”的模糊要求數(shù)值化,同時(shí)指出在細(xì)腰處的凹角部位增設(shè)端柱可有效降低應(yīng)力集中,減輕震害。

Structural design and analysis on a thin-waist shape hospital

Abstract:On the basis of the characteristic of medical architecture structural design, the problem, that the ratio of story lateral stiffness is beyond the limit for the lower equipment layer was solved. The solution is to add concrete wall below the equipment layer. Because of the irregularity of thinwaist shape of Linfen New Hospital building, the structure was analyzed and calculated by PMSAP software. Numerical value of faintness requirement‘increase thickness’ in codes for the thin-waist shape floor was provided. Meantime, the advice that adding end column on the nook of the thin-waist to reduce stress and lighten earthquake action was put forward.
