[摘要]珠江新城D8-C3地塊住宅項目采用部分框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為豎向不規(guī)則的高位轉(zhuǎn)換復(fù)雜高層建筑。采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計方法,利用承載力與變形驗證不同水準(zhǔn)下結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能,包括小震彈性計算、關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件中震彈性設(shè)計以及罕遇地震下的彈塑性時程分析。提出相應(yīng)的超限設(shè)計措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)定的性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design on ultra-limit high-rise building of D8-C3 block in Pearl River New Town

Abstract:Partial frame-supported shear wall structure is adopted for the resident building, which is a high-transfer high-rise building with vertical irregular in Pearl River New Town. Performance-based seismic design was proposed. Structural performance was verified based on bearing capacity and deformation under different levels, including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic design of the key components under medium earthquake, and elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under rare earthquake. Series of relevant measures of ultrastructure design were suggested and the performance objective of the structure can be realized.
