［摘要］廈門財(cái)富中心地下5層，地上43層，總高度192m，采用圓鋼管混凝土柱框架-鋼支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系，建成后將成為福建省最高的全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高層建筑。設(shè)計(jì)中合理地綜合運(yùn)用了多項(xiàng)高效結(jié)構(gòu)措施，包括鋼管混凝土柱、跨層支撐、偏心支撐、組合樓板、大直徑擴(kuò)底灌注樁、預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁、逆作法施工等，做到了基坑安全、施工速度快、用鋼量省，從而較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)用、經(jīng)濟(jì)、美觀的建設(shè)方針。

Structural design of Xiamen Fortune Centre

Abstract:Xiamen Fortune Centre consists of 43 levels above ground and 5 levels below ground, which achieves the total height of 192m. The structure system of CFST frames with steel bracings was adopted in the main building. It will be the highest steel structure in Fujian Province.  Many sophisticated techniques had been implemented during the construction, such as CFST column, cross-floor bracing, eccentric bracing, composite floor system, large diameter bell-out bored pile, pre-stress uplift pile，and top-down method, which can ensure the safety of the pits, speed up the construction process and save more steel material. The combination of these methods had reached the principle of practical, economical and aesthetical design.
