[提要]  簡(jiǎn)要介紹了在昆明“湖畔之夢(mèng)”工程中引進(jìn)混凝土管樁所面臨的問題。結(jié)合與預(yù)制方樁的比較，針對(duì)昆明8度抗震設(shè)防及滇池湖畔飽和非均勻性軟土地基薄壁管樁( PTC)樁基抗震進(jìn)行了專門驗(yàn)算。為解決地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（如浙江、寧波標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）對(duì)高烈度區(qū)限制管樁應(yīng)用問題進(jìn)行了探索與嘗試，提出了相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)建議。

The superiority of reinforced spun concrete tubular pile and the problems are introduced,  which appear in project "the dream of Hupan" in Kunming. Comparing with the precast concrete square pile, the aseismatic intensity checking computations is made for the featheredged concrete tubular pile applied in the heterogeneous soft foundation near the Dianchi Lake at the 8-degree seismic fortification intensity.The problems of the first application for the concrete tubular pile in some high intensity regions restricted by some local stanclards( such as Zhejiang standard)are tried to solve.
