[提要]  M1L15-1和M2L15-1連接器是根據(jù)大型預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土工程實(shí)際需要，在現(xiàn)有同類產(chǎn)品基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)的錨具與連接器合一的新產(chǎn)品，具有構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、外形小、成本低、適用性好的特點(diǎn)。詳細(xì)介紹了M1L15-1和M2L15-1錨具式鋼絞線連接器的基本構(gòu)造、工作原理和工程用途，從多方面分析了在超長(zhǎng)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)結(jié)構(gòu)中使用連接器的技術(shù)意義與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，全面介紹了這兩型新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)與試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果。

M1L15-1,M2L15-1  couplers can be used as anchorage firstly and as coupler later,  and are developed according to the practical needs of post-tensioned large concrete structures and research on existing products.The design process of couplers is introduced in detail on their basic structure, working principle and usefulness in construction, then the technical significance and the economical benefits of using them in super-long prestressed concrete continual structures are analyzed in many aspects, at last the testing results of prestressing tendon-coupler assembly are shown and explained
with the data and the curves.
