[提要] 作為一個(gè)大底盤、多塔樓高層住宅建筑工程，中海馥園的地基處理和大跨樓板的設(shè)計(jì)等方面都比較有特點(diǎn)。結(jié)合其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，著重介紹了該工程的結(jié)構(gòu)選型及分析、地基基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算模型的處理及構(gòu)造措施等，可供同類結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)參考。
