[提要] 介紹了將既有建筑改建為超市建筑時基礎(chǔ)、梁、柱、板的+些加固與節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造的設(shè)計方法，并提出建筑改建時加設(shè)連接體、樓梯、電梯、自動扶梯、柱間支撐、卸貨平臺、廣告牌、設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)、室外道路、停車場等的做法，可供類似的工程設(shè)計參考。
