[提要] 相當(dāng)一部分工業(yè)建筑存在著腐蝕、超載和老齡化問題，急需進(jìn)行可靠性鑒定和使用壽命評估，而采用現(xiàn)有可靠性鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評級時，又存在一定的難度。通過一幢受腐蝕廠房的可靠性評級，對溫濕環(huán)境下混凝土受腐蝕的分布狀況和特點進(jìn)行了剖析，就可靠性鑒定中存在的問題進(jìn)行了探討。

Reliability certification and serviceability life appraisal are in urgent need of performing. PJut some difficulties will be met when evaluation is done according to current reliability certification standard. Based on the reliability certification for a corroded factory building, the distribution and characteristics of corrosion of concrete under thermal and humidity condition are analyzed. The problems existed in the evaluation are discussed.
