[提要]  內(nèi)澆外砌結(jié)構(gòu)具有較好的抗震性能，被廣泛應(yīng)用于抗震設(shè)防烈度較高的地區(qū)。對(duì)已建的這類建筑檢測(cè)的結(jié)果表明，首層的混凝土內(nèi)橫墻大多出現(xiàn)豎向裂縫，它雖不對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成安全性問題，但影響了人們的正常使用。結(jié)合一具體實(shí)例，通過受力分析和有限元計(jì)算，給出了產(chǎn)生這種裂縫的原因，并建議了處理措施。

The masonry structures with internal concrete casting wall have good earthquake resistance and are widely applied in the buildings locating in the earthquake zones. The examination results from such built structures reveal that the vertical crack in the internal concrete wall in the first story is a general defect, which has not influence on building safety except for its normal use. Through the finite element calculation to a practical structure, the cause resulting in this wall cracking is analyzed and the corresponding detailing is suggested.
