【提要】北京天亞花園工程為高級商住公寓樓,地上30層,建筑總高度9565m,采用鋼筋混凝土框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為超限高層建筑。工程設(shè)計從概念設(shè)計入手,采用多種程序進行結(jié)構(gòu)彈性有限元分析、結(jié)構(gòu)彈塑性時程分析及靜力推覆分析。針對薄弱層、薄弱部位采取設(shè)置型鋼等加強措施,以滿足抗震設(shè)防要求。探討了此類超限高層建筑的設(shè)計方法和構(gòu)造措施。

Research on Design of Shear Wall Supported by Frame System in Beijing Tianya Garden/Xu Bin, Miao Qisong, Wang Yuexian, Qi Wuhui(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design,Beijing 100045,China)
Abstract:Beijing Tianya Garden is a highrise apartments building, with 30 storey and 9565 meters high on the ground The reinforced concrete shear wall supported by frame structure is used It is outofcodes of Chinise for highrise building in the earthquake fortification zone of 8 degree The structure design and construction measures are introduced for this building. The finite element analysis and the elasticplastic analysis are used. The design method and construction measures are discussed,which can be referred to similar buildings.
