抗震設(shè)計中一些具體問題的分析和討論

【提要】 根據(jù)多年建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計實踐和對抗震規(guī)范的理解,提出以下一些觀點及設(shè)計建議:1)8度區(qū)層數(shù)少高度低的規(guī)則框架結(jié)構(gòu)、框架抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)、抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)等建筑的抗震等級和抗震墻底部加強部位高度可以適當降低;2)少墻框架抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時應同時考慮框架結(jié)構(gòu)和框架剪力墻兩種計算模型,框架抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)計算模型的結(jié)構(gòu)彈性層間位移角可僅滿足規(guī)范對框架結(jié)構(gòu)的限制要求,同時,框架抗震等級按純框架結(jié)構(gòu)確定;3)確定抗震墻厚度時,應綜合運用規(guī)范規(guī)定的抗震墻構(gòu)造最小高厚比限值和高層規(guī)程附錄D穩(wěn)定計算公式;4)抗震墻底部加強部位應該按不同的受力情況和墻肢剪跨比,設(shè)置不同的約束邊緣構(gòu)件,約束邊緣構(gòu)件長度宜根據(jù)相對受壓區(qū)高度ξ確定更合理。

Analysis and Discussion on Some Issues in Seismic Design of RC Structure/Ke Changhua,Zhang Qing,Xue Huili(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design,Beijing 100045,China)
Abstract:Based on the practice of the seismic design and the understanding on the seismic  design codes,  the viewpoints and suggestions are developed. (1)For the regular frame, the frame\|shear wall structure, the shear wall structure and etc, there are a few floors and are constructed in the earthquake fortification zone of 8 degree, the level of earthquake resistance and the height of the reinforced part at the bottom of the seismic structural wall can be reduced properly. (2) When design of seismic wall structure with few wall frame, two type of calculation models for the fram and frameshear wall structure should be considered. The elastic structural displacement between two levels in the calculation model for the frameseismic wall structure can onlymeet the limitation of the frame structure stipulated in the code. And as well the seismic class for the frame should be defined as of normal frame. (3) When deciding the thickness of the seismic wall, min. limitation ratio of thickness height for the seismic wall structure in the code and the calculation formula for the stability in the appendix D of the regulations on highrise building should be referred to comprehensively. (4)Different confined boundary members be placed at the bottom of the seismic structural wall according to the bearing condition and the ratio between shear and span for the wall. The length of the members should be reasonably decided based on the height of the relative pressure area.
