【提要】 在各種結(jié)構(gòu)體系中,小砌塊建筑的綠色度最好,但由于各種原因,其建筑的應(yīng)用不多??偨Y(jié)了小砌塊建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的模數(shù)協(xié)調(diào),排塊設(shè)計(jì),芯柱及節(jié)點(diǎn)加強(qiáng),圈梁與水平構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì),控制縫的設(shè)置,墻體防裂抗?jié)B,設(shè)備與電氣設(shè)計(jì)等技術(shù)措施。以實(shí)際工程為例,介紹了采暖地區(qū)新節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)小砌塊建筑的設(shè)計(jì)與施工技術(shù),可以供工程設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Design and Construction of Multistoried Small Size Hollow Block Masonry Building/Zhong Jishou,Lou Ni(China Architecture Design & Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:The green degreed of small size hollow block masonry building is the best in all structural systems,but the application of the structural system is few because of some reasons.Some problems in small size hollow block masonry building such as the modulus harmonizing,block arrangement design,core columns and strengthening joints,design of enclose beams and horizontal members,arrangement of controlling drip,anticrack and antiseepage measures,equipment and electric design,are concluded.Based on an engineering,the design and construction of a small size hollow block masonry building with new energy efficiency used in heating area is introduced,and the engineering can be referred in similar design.
