【提要】富凱大廈是一座綜合性的高檔寫字樓。根據(jù)工程場地條件，設(shè)計采用了平板式筏形基礎(chǔ)。上部抗側(cè)力結(jié)構(gòu)為框架核心筒體系。為滿足凈高要求，工程樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)采用了井字梁體系。中庭連接兩側(cè)塔樓，受力復雜，采用了框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系，并采取了相應的加強措施。結(jié)構(gòu)計算分析表明，變形與承載力均滿足要求。

Abstract:Fukai mansion is a top grade lettering building.The flat raft foundation is adopted in design according to the ground condition.The frame coretube system is used in the upper structure.The bidirection beam and floor system is applied to meet the neat layer height requirement.The atrium connects two towers at both sides,and the bearing character is complex.So the frameshear wall structural system is used,and some strengthening methods are applied.The structural analysis results show that the deformation and bearing capacity meet the requirement.
