【提要】唐山新華大廈結(jié)構(gòu)平面和豎向布置均較復(fù)雜。根據(jù)工程場地條件,采用筏板基礎(chǔ),上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架剪力墻抗側(cè)體系。通過設(shè)置后澆帶、加大構(gòu)件截面等措施,解決了4層通高大堂給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計帶來的困難。結(jié)構(gòu)頂部的空中走廊長度大,設(shè)計中采用了鋼桁架。計算分析表明,結(jié)構(gòu)變形合理,滿足規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求。

Abstract:The structural plane and vertical arrangement of Tangshan Xinhua mansion are complex.The raft foundation is adopted according to the ground condition,and the frame shearwall system is used in the upper structure.The propouring drip is set and the member sections are enlarged to solve the problems caused by the fourfloor height hall.The air corridor at the top of the structure is long,and the steel truss is used in design.The structure analysis results show that the deformation is rational and meets the requirement of the code.
