【提要】 北京華潤(rùn)大廈是一個(gè)多功能的高層建筑，采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架筒體結(jié)構(gòu)體系。通過(guò)調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)剪力墻的厚度和間距解決了建筑平面偏長(zhǎng)的問(wèn)題，結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度分布和位移反應(yīng)比較合理。結(jié)構(gòu)豎向內(nèi)縮，采用斜柱的處理效果良好。后澆帶的設(shè)置減小了工程的差異沉降。設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)可供類(lèi)似工程參考。

Design of Huarun Mansion in Beijing with RC Frametube Structure/Wu Ping(China Architecture  Design and Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:Huarun mansion in Beijing is a highrise building with multiple functions.The RC frameshear wall system is adopted in the structure.By adjusting the thickness and space of the shear wall,the problem that the plane is a bit long is solved,and the rigidity distribution and displacement response are reasonable.The structure retracts vertically,so the inclining columns are used.The propouring drips diminish the differential settlement.The design experience can be referred in similar engineering.
