【提要】超高層建筑新時代廣場是深圳蛇口的標志性建筑。根據(jù)工程地質(zhì)條件,采用挖孔樁加筏板基礎(chǔ),工程抗側(cè)力體系為框架筒體結(jié)構(gòu)。綜合考慮各種因素,上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用了寬扁梁和厚樓板技術(shù)。通過設(shè)置后澆帶解決結(jié)構(gòu)超長問題。結(jié)構(gòu)計算分析結(jié)果表明,變形和承載力均滿足要求??偨Y(jié)了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中采取的主要技術(shù)措施,可供類似工程參考。

Abstract:The super highrise New Times plaza structure is the symbol building in Shekou, Shenzhen.The excavation pile and raft foundation system is adopted according to the ground conditions.The frametube system is applied in structural design.The wide flat beams are used in the upper structure.The propouring drip is set because of the super length.The structural analysis results show that the deformation and bearing capacity satisfy the requirement of the code.Several technique measures in the design are concluded,which can be referred for similar engineerings.
