[摘要]通過(guò)對(duì)48個(gè)普通混凝土與細(xì)晶粒鋼筋粘結(jié)錨固試件的拔出試驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)地研究了高溫后粘結(jié)錨固的特點(diǎn)和影響粘結(jié)錨固強(qiáng)度的主要因素。鋼筋混凝土試件的受熱溫度分別為20,200,400,600℃,冷卻方式為空氣中自然冷卻,加載方式為單向拉拔。試驗(yàn)考慮了錨固長(zhǎng)度、配箍率以及溫度的影響,分析了各種參數(shù)對(duì)高溫后鋼筋與混凝土粘結(jié)性能的影響規(guī)律,研究了高溫對(duì)混凝土抗拉強(qiáng)度和粘結(jié)錨固強(qiáng)度的影響,并討論了高溫后混凝土抗拉強(qiáng)度和粘結(jié)錨固強(qiáng)度的關(guān)系。

Experimental study on bond-anchorage properties of fine grain steel bars in common concrete after high temperature

Abstract:Based on the pull-out tests of 48 fine grain steel bar specimens in common concrete after high temperature, the bond-anchorage properties and the main factors influencing the bond capacity between concrete and fine grain steel bars is studied systematically. During the experiments, the reinforced concrete specimens were heated at 20℃, 200℃, 400℃ and 600℃ respectively, then cooled in air naturally and subjected to monotonic pull-out loading. The influencing regulations of some factors on the bond-anchorage properties of steel bars in concrete were investigated, such as anchorage length, stirrup ratio and temperature. At the same time, the influence of high temperature on the tensile strength and bond strength was tested, and the relationship between them was discussed.
