【提要】根據(jù)工程使用功能的特點(diǎn)，在層6以上辦公用房采用密排小柱距框架，以減小梁柱截面，使梁高不大于600(建筑功能要求)，同時(shí)又可以避免辦公室內(nèi)因大截面柱子占用較多的建筑面積。利用層6建筑上的避難層設(shè)置框架轉(zhuǎn)換層，將裙房改為大柱距框架，以滿(mǎn)足公用建筑部分的功能要求。同樣在層28設(shè)置水平加強(qiáng)層，以提高抗側(cè)力結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度，相應(yīng)減少水平位移。工程體現(xiàn)出建筑使用功能與結(jié)構(gòu)體系充分融合的特點(diǎn)。

Structural Design of Shenye Centre Buiding in Shenzhen/Zhang Huaiyong,Zhang Yadong(China Architecture Design & Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:According to the function character of Shenye Centre building in Shenzhen,the frame with small span columns is adopted to diminish the dimension of the beams and columns,and the room is enlarged.The refuge floor at the 6th layer is used as the transferring floor,and the frame is applied as the transferring structure.The strengthening floor is at the 28th layer to improve the lateral rigidity of the structure and reduce the displacement.The structural analysis results show that the deformation meets the requirement and the structure design is rational.
