直角突變式吊車梁支座受力性能分析

[摘要]以某廠房直角突變式吊車梁應力測試為工程背景,由于廠房原有結(jié)構(gòu)存在限制,梁端頭截面高度不能做到足夠大,吊車噸位大、工作繁重,故對其直角突變式吊車梁支座受力性能進行了有限元分析。結(jié)合實際應力測試和有限元計算數(shù)據(jù),比較和探討截面突變處的局部應力狀態(tài)和力學性能,進一步了解直角突變式吊車梁端頭的疲勞敏感區(qū)以及此類吊車梁的疲勞性能。

Mechanical property analysis on crane girders with right angle supports of varible section

Abstract:Based on the analysis of stress test on crane girders with right angle supports of varible section, finite element analysis on bearing capacities of crane girders with right angle supports of varible section was carried out. The crane girders have large tonnage and heavy workload, and for the limits of the original structure, the height of the first beam section can not be large enough. Compared with the actual test and finit element analysis data, stress states and mechanical properties of the local sections of mutations were analyzed. Fatigue sensitive areas and fatigue performances of crane girders with right angle varible section were studied.
