復合型鋼管節(jié)點試驗研究

[摘要]以某大型起重機棧橋桁架結構為工程背景,通過實際結構中一個重要的復合型鋼管節(jié)點的足尺模型和縮尺模型試驗,并結合有限元數值模擬分析,對該類復合型鋼管節(jié)點的受力性能和破壞模式進行了研究。研究結果表明,該類節(jié)點的控制部位為受拉斜腹桿與節(jié)點板的交接部位,節(jié)點的破壞模式為該處因為應力集中和焊接缺陷而導致鋼管開裂,隨著荷載的增加,裂縫進一步發(fā)展,從而使得節(jié)點喪失承載能力。實際結構中的該類節(jié)點在設計荷載作用下處于安全狀態(tài),但其設計安全度宜適當提高。

Experimental study on mixed joints of steel pipe structure

Abstract:Based on the engineering background of a crane tressel truss, full-scale and reduced-scale tests, as well as finite element analysis, for mixed joints of steel pipe, were performed to investigate the carrying performance and failure mode of this kind of joint. The results indicate that the control part of the joint lies in the connection part of the gusset plate and the tensile diagonal web member. The failure mode is that the steel pipe crack because of the stress concentric and the weld defects. The crack developed with the load increasing until the joint failed. The joint in the engineering structure is safe under service load, but its safety degree should be improved.
