[摘要]懸掛式鋼內(nèi)筒煙囪因其良好的受力性能和經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢,正逐步在國內(nèi)火力發(fā)電廠中得到應(yīng)用。結(jié)合山東萊州某電廠240m高懸掛式鋼內(nèi)筒煙囪項目,利用SAP2000軟件著重對內(nèi)筒和平臺進行了整體受力分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對結(jié)構(gòu)計算和節(jié)點構(gòu)造進行了探討,優(yōu)化設(shè)計后內(nèi)筒受力性能和整體經(jīng)濟性有較大提高。

Structural design of suspended inner steel cylinder chimney

Abstract:Suspended inner steel cylinder chimneys are being applied to domestic thermal power plants because of perfect property of performance and economic advantage. Taking a suspended inner steel cylinder chimney in Laizhou with a height of 240m for example, the global mechanical analysis of inner steel cylinder and platforms was done by the software SAP2000. Structural calculation and joints construction were discussed based on the results. Property of performance and global economy were greatly improved after optimizing design.
