【提要】 北京數(shù)碼大廈是一座多功能、綜合性的超高層建筑?；A(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)采用了平板式筏板基礎(chǔ)，沉降滿(mǎn)足規(guī)范要求。上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用了框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。通過(guò)調(diào)整構(gòu)件截面，使結(jié)構(gòu)兩個(gè)方向的剛度基本均勻。結(jié)構(gòu)分析表明，結(jié)構(gòu)的周期、位移以及承載力均滿(mǎn)足規(guī)范要求?？偨Y(jié)了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中采取的構(gòu)造措施，可供類(lèi)似工程參考。

Abstract:Beijing Digital Mansion is a multifunction and all around super highrise building.The flat raft basement is adopted in the foundation design,and the settlement meets the requirement of the code.The frame coretube system is applied in the upper structure.By adjusting the sections of members,the rigidities of two directions are uniform basically.The structural analysis shows that the response period,displacement and bearing capacity satisfy the demand of the code.The details of the seismic design are concluded,which can be referred in similar engineering.
