［摘要］介紹了杭州高新區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信設(shè)備基地項目生產(chǎn)大樓結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震超限情況，及所采取的有針對性的計算分析措施和抗震構(gòu)造措施。對結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力彈塑性分析及薄弱連接樓層樓板的應(yīng)力分析過程做了詳細(xì)描述，指出了設(shè)計中應(yīng)引起重視的問題。

Abstract:The building in Base Project about Network Communications Equipment in Hangzhou Hi-Tech Area was out of the range of Chinese seismic code. The analysis method and earthquake resistant constructional measure were introduced. Some analysis processes were described, including pushover analysis and the stress analysis about weak linked floor slab.
