[摘要]泊富國際廣場公寓樓高度接近規(guī)范對B級高度建筑最大容許值。原設(shè)計方案由于塔樓偏置、縱橫向抗側(cè)剛度相差較大以及豎向抗側(cè)剛度突變等原因,導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能無法滿足設(shè)計要求。利用MIDAS/Gen平臺對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了靜力非線性計算與評價,并依據(jù)分析結(jié)論對結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行局部調(diào)整與改進(jìn)。通過對比分析發(fā)現(xiàn),改進(jìn)后的結(jié)構(gòu)方案在抗震性能上獲得了明顯改善,結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件預(yù)期性能達(dá)到目標(biāo)水準(zhǔn)。

Seismic performance and structural scheme improvement oftall apartment building of Bofu International Plaza

Abstract:The height of the tall apartment building of Bofu International Plaza is closed to the maximum allowed height of the specification for Class B building in the code. Due to relatively large offset at the bottom of the tower podium, a significant difference between longitudinal and transverse drift stiffness and the mutation of the vertical lateral stiffness, the structural anti-seismic performance could not meet the design requirements. A nonlinear static calculation and evaluation on the structure were done utilizing MIDAS/Gen program. According to the results, some adjustments and improvements of the structural scheme were proposed. Through the comparative analysis, the seimic performance of the modified structural scheme is better and the prospective of structural components is supposed to reach the expected level.
