天津高銀117大廈結(jié)構(gòu)體系設(shè)計研究

[摘要]天津高銀117大廈建筑高度597m,共117層,是中國在建的屋頂高度最高的建筑物,結(jié)構(gòu)高寬比達到約9:5,均大大超過現(xiàn)行規(guī)范限值。為滿足結(jié)構(gòu)抗震與抗風的技術(shù)要求,結(jié)構(gòu)采用含有巨型組合柱、巨型支撐及轉(zhuǎn)換桁架組成的外框架以及含有組合鋼板剪力墻的鋼筋混凝土核心筒形成的巨型框架鋼-混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。塔樓的結(jié)構(gòu)高度、高寬比、巨型柱截面尺寸等均創(chuàng)造了中國現(xiàn)有建筑物的工程記錄。結(jié)合新抗震規(guī)范的部分要求,作為在高震區(qū)設(shè)計建造的超高層建筑,在反應(yīng)譜選取、整體剛度控制、材料與構(gòu)件選型、性能化設(shè)計、巨型柱設(shè)計、防倒塌及穩(wěn)健性分析、彈塑性動力時程分析等方面均體現(xiàn)了許多新的特點和設(shè)計要求。

Structural system design and study of Tianjin Goldin 117 mega tower

Abstract:Tianjin Goldin 117 mega tower has an architectural height of 597m with total 117 storeies and the coronation of having the highest roof among all the buildings under construction in China. Structural height-width ratio is approximately 9:5, exceeding the existing regulation codes significantly. In order to satisfy the earthquake and wind-resisting requirements, a structure consisting of a perimeter frame (including mega composite column, mega brace and transfer trusses) and reinforced concrete core containing composite steel plate wall was adopted to form a mega frame steel concrete composite structural system. The tower keeps the records for structural height, height-width ratio and mega-column sectional dimensions among current Chinese engineering projects. Complemented by some of the new requirements in the latest Chinese building seismic design codes, design of the super high-rise building in high-intensity seismic area exhibits a number of new features and solutions to professional requirements in response spectrum selection, overall stiffness control, material and component type selection, seismic performance based design, mega-column design, anti-collapse and stability analysis as well as elastic-plastic time-history analysis.
