[摘要]采用ANSYS有限元軟件對四邊簡支夾層玻璃受彎進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析,并與受彎承載力試驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較,研究夾層玻璃的受力特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而得出準(zhǔn)確的夾層玻璃的力學(xué)計(jì)算模型。在夾層玻璃承載力試驗(yàn)和大量數(shù)值模擬的基礎(chǔ)上,與國內(nèi)外玻璃幕墻規(guī)程進(jìn)行比較,歸納總結(jié)出PVB膠片對夾層玻璃承載力的影響程度,對現(xiàn)行《玻璃幕墻工程技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ 102—2003)中關(guān)于夾層玻璃在風(fēng)荷載等短期荷載作用下的撓度公式進(jìn)行修正并給出修正系數(shù)。

Theoretical and experimental study on load bearing capacity of laminated glass simply supported on four sides

Abstract:The laminated glass simply supported on four sides subjected to bending was analyzed using the finite element software ANSYS, and the numerical analysis was compared with the experimental results. Based on the theoretical and experimental results, accurate calculation model was established. On the basis of many finite element analysis of laminated glass and load bearing capacity tests, the formula for calculating maximum displacement of four-sides supported laminated glass in Technical code for glass curtain wall engineering (JGJ 102—2003) was revised and the corresponding revised coefficient was given.
