【提要】 福建廣播電視中心是一個(gè)綜合性的建筑群，建筑平面復(fù)雜。根據(jù)建筑功能和場(chǎng)地的不同情況，工程采用樁筏基礎(chǔ)和樁基礎(chǔ)，沉降和承載力滿足規(guī)范要求。工程電視中心采用鋼筋混凝土框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，周邊框架柱設(shè)置構(gòu)造鋼骨。介紹了工程設(shè)計(jì)采用的相關(guān)措施。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)于新老規(guī)范的交替之際，結(jié)構(gòu)的彈塑性分析結(jié)果均滿足規(guī)范要求。

Abstract:The Fujian broadcast and TV centre is a compositive building,and the structural plane is complex.Based on the application function and different ground conditions,the pile raft foundation and pile foundation are adopted.The settlement and bearing capacity meet the demand of the code.The RC frame and shearwall system is used in the structure,and the construction steel columns are used along the frame peripheral.The structural design measures are presented,and the analysis results of the structure are satisfied with the code.
