K形管板節(jié)點(diǎn)板穩(wěn)定承載力研究

[摘要]《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50017—2003)附錄F中介紹了桁架節(jié)點(diǎn)板在斜腹桿壓力作用下的穩(wěn)定計(jì)算,假定受壓區(qū)節(jié)點(diǎn)板分成三個(gè)區(qū)同時(shí)受壓,把各個(gè)區(qū)當(dāng)成軸心受壓構(gòu)件分別計(jì)算其穩(wěn)定性,但只考慮了腹桿軸力的影響,沒有考慮腹桿彎矩的影響。實(shí)際上,腹桿彎矩的存在會(huì)導(dǎo)致三個(gè)區(qū)中邊上的兩個(gè)區(qū)分別承受壓應(yīng)力和拉應(yīng)力。因此,在對(duì)平面K形管板節(jié)點(diǎn)的節(jié)點(diǎn)板穩(wěn)定承載力進(jìn)行分析時(shí),考慮了腹桿軸力與彎矩的共同作用,并假定受壓區(qū)節(jié)點(diǎn)板分成三個(gè)區(qū)同時(shí)承受外力,把受壓區(qū)當(dāng)成軸心受壓構(gòu)件計(jì)算其穩(wěn)定性,提出了平面K形管板節(jié)點(diǎn)在斜腹桿壓力作用下節(jié)點(diǎn)板的穩(wěn)定承載力計(jì)算公式。最后,與按照小撓度理論推導(dǎo)的穩(wěn)定承載力計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,得到《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50017—2003)中節(jié)點(diǎn)板穩(wěn)定承載力的結(jié)果偏于安全的結(jié)論。

Research on the stability of gusset plate of tube-gusset K-joints

Abstract:The stability calculation method of truss gusset plate under oblique bracing member pressure is introduced in appendix F in Code for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2003). In this code, it assumes that the compression zone in the gusset plate is divided into three zones under pressure, and the stability of every zone is calculated as an axial compression member. It only considers the effect of axial force in the bracing member, but the impact of bending moment is neglected. In fact, the existence of bending moment will lead the two zones in the edge of the three zones-to subject to compressive stress and tensile stress respectively. Therefore, when analyzing the stability capacity of the-gusset plate of tube-gusset K-joint, the combined effect of axial force and bending moment in the bracing member was taken into account, and it assumed that the compression zone in the gusset plate was divided into three zones subject to external forces at the same time, then it-also assumed the compressive zone as a axial compression member to calculate the stability capacity. As a result the capacity formula for calculating the gusset plate stability of tube-gusset K-joints under oblique bracing member pressure was introduced. A comparison with the stability capacity calculation formula considering the small deflection theory was carried out. The results reveal that the stability calculation method in Code for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2003) is conservative.
