[摘要]萬達中心由坐落于4層裙樓上的南、北兩棟高度和結(jié)構(gòu)體系截然不同的塔樓組成。南塔樓主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度195.6m,北塔樓主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度147.7m。工程結(jié)構(gòu)存在大底盤、多塔樓、平面和豎向不規(guī)則等多項抗震不利因素,屬于復雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)設計采用多種計算模型和計算軟件進行分析,并采取有針對性的抗震加強措施。采取依塔樓剛度分配質(zhì)量的模型進行分塔計算。

Structure design of Wanda Center

Abstract:Wada Center-is composed of one skirt building and two tower buildings with different heights and different structure systems. The south tower is 195.6 meters high and the north tower is 147.7 meters high. Some-adverse factors,such as-irregular plane and vertical, are existed in the complicated and high-rise building with enlarged base.Based on structural aseismic conception design,different analysis methods and seismic fortification measure were given. The principle of-quality-distribution by tower stiffness was applied to the calculation model of single-tower.
