[摘要]大連國貿(mào)中心大廈地下6層,地上106層,結(jié)構(gòu)高度433m,目前項目已施工至地下層1處,采用外巨柱框架+內(nèi)型鋼混凝土筒體超高層混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。通過合理的結(jié)構(gòu)選型和構(gòu)造措施,使新建結(jié)構(gòu)既能與原基礎(chǔ)可靠連接,又能滿足塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能要求,同時也使已建地下室拆除加固量最小。結(jié)構(gòu)采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計方法,提高了重要和關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的安全性。通過彈性和彈塑性分析找到結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位,并采取合理的加強(qiáng)措施。采用多個空間計算程序?qū)υ摻Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了靜力計算對比和動力特性及抗震性能分析,結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計選用的結(jié)構(gòu)體系安全可靠,具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design and analysis on Dalian Guomao Tower

Abstract:Dalian Guomao Tower with 6-story basement and 106-story above the ground level has a total height of 433m, which-has already been constructed to the basement. A hybrid structural system of giant column steel frame and concrete core tube with steel reinforced is adopted. Reasonable structure system and detailed design were selected to ensure that the new structure has a firm connection with the original foundation, to satisfy the requirement of seismic design and to minimize the cost of structural strengthening on the demolished basement. Safety of essential structural components was enhanced by performance-based seismic design. Elastic and elastic-plastic analyses were conducted to locate and strengthen the structural weaknesses. Comparison of the static, dynamic and seismic analysis has verified the safety, reliability and seismic responses of the present structural system through many programs. The results show that the design and selection of the structural system are safe and reliable, and have a good seismic performance.
