【提要】 中國(guó)海洋石油辦公樓建筑面積96 340m2，結(jié)構(gòu)總高度745m。為北京東四D1區(qū)標(biāo)志性建筑。結(jié)構(gòu)體型復(fù)雜，主樓平面為一個(gè)空心、圓角三角形，邊框架柱為斜柱，整體呈倒置三棱柱體。平面中心是一個(gè)三角形全高采光挑空中庭，內(nèi)設(shè)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)空中走廊，并懸吊于樓頂。主要介紹主樓設(shè)計(jì)分析的結(jié)構(gòu)方案、線性和非線性分析、斜柱的處理、柱過(guò)渡段節(jié)點(diǎn)的處理、內(nèi)部大懸挑樓梯的設(shè)計(jì)等問(wèn)題。

Abstract:The total area of the office building of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation is 96 340 m2,with the structural height of 745m.The plane of the tower is a hollow filleted triangle.The faade is made up of declining columns just like an inverse triangular prism.The centre space is a triangle hollow atrium with a steel corridor(at the floor 5)hanging to the top of the building.The structural design and several key solutions of the building,such as structural scheme,linear and nonlinear analysis,solution of declining column,transition joints connecting different shape columns,design of cantilever stair,are discussed.
