［摘要］結(jié)合上海市白龍港污水處理廠污泥處理工程，對(duì)有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力蛋形消化池結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)向預(yù)應(yīng)力束在張拉期的變角損失、錨圈口損失、孔道摩阻損失、錨固回縮損失這4項(xiàng)瞬時(shí)預(yù)應(yīng)力損失進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)研究，測(cè)試方法及試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)可為同類工程提供參考；根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)論對(duì)環(huán)向預(yù)應(yīng)力筋張拉后的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)果表明采用上下束環(huán)向預(yù)應(yīng)力筋張拉端錨固槽交錯(cuò)布置的方式，可有效彌補(bǔ)預(yù)應(yīng)力損失沿環(huán)向分布的不均勻，并驗(yàn)證了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。

Experimental study on transient prestress loss of circular prestressed tendons in egg-shaped digester

Abstract:The transient prestress loss of circular prestressed tendons in bonding prestress egg-shaped digester includes friction loss at variable-angle mat, friction loss at anchorage loop mouth and curved pipeline, anchorage loss. Combining with the construction of egg-shaped digesters in Shanghai Bailonggang Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant, the transient prestress loss has been studied by the tensioning and anchorage tests, and the test method and data can be reference for similar engineering. According to the experimental results, the stress state of bonded circular prestressed tendons has also been analyzed, and the result shows that alternate arrangements of anchorage notches of the stretching ends of circular bonding tendon can reduce the nonidentity of prestress loss distributing along pipeline.
