[摘要]為準(zhǔn)確掌握新型蜂巢芯空心樓蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)性能,進(jìn)行了足尺九柱四區(qū)格蜂巢芯空心樓蓋的破壞性靜力加載試驗(yàn)研究。分區(qū)格進(jìn)行了5種工況的加載試驗(yàn),得到了樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的荷載-撓度曲線,測(cè)定了樓蓋的整體極限承載能力。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,蜂巢芯空心樓蓋裂縫出現(xiàn)和分布情況與一般的實(shí)心板無(wú)梁樓蓋基本相同,變形能力也與實(shí)心板樓蓋類似。利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)蜂巢芯空心樓蓋在均布荷載下的受力進(jìn)行了非線性有限元分析,并進(jìn)行了計(jì)算開裂荷載、破壞荷載及荷載撓度曲線和實(shí)測(cè)值的對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明兩者吻合良好。

Full-scale test study and finite element analysis on honeycombed-core hollow floor

Abstract:In order to accurately grasp the structural behavior of the new honeycombed-core hollow floor, destructive static loading test study on full-scale honeycombed-core hollow floor of nine columns and four area grids was done.Through the loading test under five conditions,load-deflection curves of the floor were gained.And the ultimate bearing capacity of the floor was measured.The test results show that the cracks and their distribution of the honeycombed-core hollow floor are the same as the general floor slab. And the deformation capacity of honeycombed-core hollow floor and solid slabs is similar.Then,ANSYS was used to analyze the structural behavior of hollow floor under uniform load.Contrast on calculated cracking load, failure load and the load-deflection curves and the measured cracking load,failure load and the load-deflection curves were done.The contrast results show that the calculated values and measured values are in good agreement.
