[摘要]新頒布的《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50011—2010) 在多高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件連接計(jì)算規(guī)定中隱存的安全問題有: 1)在表5.4.2的新規(guī)定中, 把2001版抗震規(guī)范強(qiáng)制性條文中焊縫的承載力抗震調(diào)整系數(shù)γwRE由 0.90 降成了與梁的γbRE相同的0.75,使原要求的強(qiáng)連接降成了二者之間并無強(qiáng)弱關(guān)系的“等強(qiáng)連接”;2)在8.2.8.1條中雖有彈性階段“鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件連接的承載力設(shè)計(jì)值,不應(yīng)小于相連構(gòu)件的承載力設(shè)計(jì)值;高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接不得滑移”的規(guī)定, 但在不同連接抗力條件下如何計(jì)算?并沒有給出計(jì)算公式,而把連接計(jì)算全都放在了8.2.8.3-5條用極限承載力驗(yàn)算的方法上。經(jīng)對(duì)該法的深入分析和驗(yàn)證,其結(jié)果卻又不能滿足8.2.8.1條連接抗力的必要條件,使規(guī)范中的極限承載力驗(yàn)算方法在抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件連接計(jì)算式中并不起控制作用,從而失去了它的驗(yàn)算價(jià)值,使“強(qiáng)連接弱構(gòu)件”的基本原則在計(jì)算中并沒有得到實(shí)施。

Safety problems of lateral force resistance joint calculation about multi-story and tall steel structures in Code for seismic design of buildings

Abstract:There are safety problems of lateral force resistance joint calculation about multi-story and tall steel structures in Code for seismic design of buildings (GB 50011—2010). In table 5.4.2, the seismic coefficient of welding seam γwRE reduced from 0.9 (former code) to 0.75, which leads the joint strength no stronger but equal that may against the mandatory term. Although the stipulation in item 8.2.8.1 “design value of bearing capacity for lateral force resistance joint of steel structures, should not be lower than that of the connected component, and high strength bolt connection should not slip”, we can only use the method in item 8.2.8.3-5 to check the calculation for making strong joint. But the result even cannot satisfy the essential condition of resistance connecting force, which makes the calculating method of the code about the ultimate bearing capacity for resisting lateral force member connections have no control function and lose its checking value. The basic principle of “the strength of connection should be stronger than that of component” in the calculating formula is not put into effect.
