[摘要]蘇州火車站屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)采用空間菱形大跨度鋼管桁架結(jié)構(gòu),局部為雙向交叉菱形桁架。桁架匯交桿件數(shù)量多、直徑大,節(jié)點構(gòu)造非常復(fù)雜。工程節(jié)點主要采用相貫焊接的形式,受力集中和幾何構(gòu)型非常獨特的部位采用鑄鋼節(jié)點。焊接節(jié)點域進行局部加厚,并在主通弦桿內(nèi)部設(shè)置環(huán)形加勁肋,以提高節(jié)點承載力。鑄鋼節(jié)點域根據(jù)構(gòu)件的幾何尺寸與空間關(guān)系確定主通桿件與加勁肋的設(shè)置方式,采用漸變壁厚的方式滿足受力平衡過渡以及鑄造工藝的要求,并在構(gòu)件端口設(shè)置構(gòu)造環(huán)肋以及反向焊接坡口解決與鋼管的連接。通過有限元分析與試驗研究對上述節(jié)點構(gòu)造的合理性進行了全面分析,確保節(jié)點具有較大的安全儲備。

Research and design about the complex joints of Suzhou Railway Station

Abstract:The steel roof structure of Suzhou Railway Station is a large span spatial rhombic tube-truss structure and the truss intersects on the local scale. The joints are very complex because many members joint together and the diameter is big. The members are welded directly to each other at most joints and some complex joints which bear giant forces and have complex geometry using cast-steel joint. The welded joints are thickened and the hoop stiffeners are set in the main chord member, which can improve the bearing capacity of joints. The main member and the stiffeners are determined according to the geometry size and space relation on the cast-steel joints. In order to satisfy the cast techniques and equilibrium transition, the tube wall thicken gradually, the hoop stiffeners and welding beveled edges are set at the end of members. In order to have enough safety margin, finite element analysis and experimental study have been done on the joints.
