［摘要］蘇州火車站鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋呈“工”字形布置，為大跨度屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)，屋蓋采用菱形桁架雙向布置。根據(jù)站房分期施工方案，對結(jié)構(gòu)通過單元逐步激活技術(shù)進(jìn)行了階段施工仿真分析。根據(jù)屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的安裝方案，對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場實(shí)時(shí)卸載模擬分析，分析中同時(shí)考慮了施工期間各榀空間桁架的安裝溫度和合攏溫度對結(jié)構(gòu)撓度及桿件應(yīng)力的影響。撓度實(shí)測值與理論計(jì)算值符合較好，為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋卸載提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。

Construction simulation analysis on large span roof structure of Suzhou Railway Station

Abstract:The steel roof structure of Suzhou Railway Station is H-shaped, the roof is a large span structure and is comprised of spatial rhombic cross-coupling truss. Construction simulation analysis was done on the structure according to the needs of construction stages. Uninstall simulation analysis was done according to the install case on the spot and the temperature influence on the structure deformation and stress was taken into account. The measured value and the theory value agree well and the theory value provides scientific grounds to the uninstall of the roof.
