［摘要］介紹了蘇州獨墅湖高教區(qū)教育發(fā)展大廈超限高層的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。針對單斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度退化、混凝土徐變影響以及復(fù)雜型鋼混凝土梁柱節(jié)點的應(yīng)力分布等進(jìn)行了分析，介紹了斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換、復(fù)雜型鋼混凝土梁柱節(jié)點等的設(shè)計，可為類似結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計提供參考。

Abstract:The structural design of overrun high-rise Education Development Building in SIPEDI was stated. The analyses of the stiffness degradation, concrete creep of transfer single slope column and the stress layout of complex SRC beam-column joint were offered. The detail design of slope column transformation and complex SRC beam-column joint were introduced. It can offer the references to the design of the similar structures.
