索結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點冷壓錨固試驗與分析*

[提要] 以索穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)點設(shè)計強度要求為研究背景，進行了冷壓鋪固的模具加工和材料選擇，并對錨固長度進行了試驗研究和有限元分析。研究結(jié)果表明，采用合理的冷壓錨固形式，其錨固強度可以達到鋼索的設(shè)計強度，滿足輕型索結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計要求。[關(guān)鍵詞] 索結(jié)構(gòu) 節(jié)點 錨固Abstract: As a part of contexts for node design of cable dome, the anchor-hold of cable in cold pressure is investigated based on the experiment and finite element method. This work includes the mould machining, material choosing and the defining of the length of anchor. The research results indicate that if reasonable form of anchor in cold pressure is adopted, the anchor-hold can reach the design strength of cable.Keywords: cable structure; node; anchor; cold pressure formed
